Remove write protection from usb storege

dear,

here is the solution to remove write protection in pendrive due to virus. please do the following steps

start - run -regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Currentcontrolset\control\storatedevicepolicies

in right side u will be getting writeprotect option, just right click that and modify the value from 1 to 0

it will work definetly ...................

thanks for your valuable feedback....

How to disable Write Protection on Usb flash drive or Pen drive

1.
Run the Command Prompt as an Administrator. If your USB drive or SD card is stuck in Read Only mode, you may be able to fix its attributes using the Command Prompt.
*.PressStart.
*.Go to Accessories.
*.Right-click Command Prompt, then choose "Run as Administrator".
2.
Type DISKPART and press ↵ Enter. This will launch the DiskPart utility in a separate Command Prompt window. You will likely be prompted by Windows to start it.
3.
Type LISTDISK and press ↵ Enter. This will display a list of the drives connected to your computer.
4.
Find your USB drive or SD card in the list.
All of the partitions connected to your computer will be displayed, including your internal hard drives.
There are several columns of information you can use to identify the USB drive:
*.The Ltr column displays the associated drive letter for each partition. Not all partitions will have letters, such as recovery partitions.
*.If you've given the USB drive a name before, it will be listed in the Label column.
*.Look for Removable in the type column.
*.The Size column can help you differentiate between two similar USB drives.
5.
Type select diskX.ReplaceXwith the number from the first column in the list for the USB drive or SD card you want to perform commands for. For example, if the USB drive is Disk 5, you'd type select disk 5.
6.
Type attributes disk clear readonly and press ↵ Enter. This will change your USB's properties so that it is no longer read-only.
7.
Type EXIT and press ↵ Enter, then try your drive.DiskPart will close, and you can try manipulating files on your USB drive again. You may have to eject and then reinsert the drive to get it working.

Unable to Boot Windows "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant" on win7 32 bits

I finally got the solution for this painfull problem; first I have to tell that I have updated my bios from A06 to A08 and nothing changed; but later on I thought that the Master boot Record may be corrupted and may be the cause of all this headack so  I found this solution from Micorsoft support.
1- insert the windows 7 CD and boot from it.
2- in the fisrt screen use you language and location and proceed to nex screen and choose "Repair computer"
3- setup will search for problems and give you option

click next and then cancel any comming screens that will try to fix the boot automatically because they woul simply won't!.
then you will get the following screen :

Run the command prompat and Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER
Then you will have several options to fix the MBR (Master boot record) or rebuild it; I frankly run them all
first  C:\bootrec/fixMbr
2nd C:\bootrec/FixBoot
3rd  C:\bootrec/RebuildBcd
and then C:\Exit
restart the system and it worked like normal
to be ohnest the below link helped me a lot even not directly so you can visit it for more details:

CMOS Setting Wrong displayed every Startup

Remove your CMOS Battery from your Motherboard, & disconnect all the power connector from it, Keep it for 1 hour. (normally all motherboard are resetting in 1 minute & 10 Minutes) for resetting BIOS.

After successfully resetting it please connect a good CMOS Battery in your Motherboard. Just do normal BIOS Setup like, System Date, System Time, Disable your Floppy Disk (if not working) & boot device priority. After changing save all of this by pressing F10 reboot your system. Now it will works very well.
